I am just so down in the dumps!!!
My weight will NOT go down.  It is going UP.  I am exercising like crazy... I thought I was eating healthy, but maybe now I am eating more!?
I am tired as all hell... can barely make it to work by nine.
I don't know I don't know.

  2. perhabs it's muscle weight?
    maybe you should lower the exercise time.. it might be to hard on your body .. and no carbs after 5-6 ?

  3. Agreed, I was gonna say muscle weight. Right now, with as much as it sounds like you are working out, I would just base it on how your clothes are fitting and how you look.

  4. I notice when I plateau and stop loosing a mini Binge followed by a cleanse and fast helps get the ball rolling again.
    It could also be Muscle weight, in that case, more cardio?
