When food is put in front of me... I eat it. How do you all handle that situation? Lunch gets brought in... What do you do?


  1. I have always been a "Eat it" kind of person, now I'm starting to train myself not to do it by reminding myself that if I eat something on top of what I had already had or planned to have its more calories and that equals more work out to burn off the extra, I'm super lazy so to avoid more work I don't do it.

  2. Ugh,, I am one of those "eat it" people too..

    The only think I can think of is to only have half, and leave the rest.

    I need to learn and remember that I do not have to eat it cause it is in front of me.
