012. Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat. You'll train yourself not to think about eating.

it looks like I'm not going to be able to come home.  Oh well.. I am going to spend the entire day Saturday lounging around and resting/reading/exercising and at the spa.  I wonder if my boss will pay for my manicure?! haha

i have been purging again... seems like thats what i do when i travel huh?  not good.  stress reflex i guess?  its hard not to overeat when you have to go to dinners.  if i were by myself i might have a salad.  when im with other people, i have the salad, and then some of the appetizer, and a glass of wine...and there you go.. an extra 500-1000 calories in seconds.

  1. Social eating is the pits. TK's format is a bit different. There were times when I had a hard time posting. I would hit comment and the box wouldn't appear. Then try again and scroll down and it would be there. Weird.

  2. I agree with Miranda. Social eating is my pitfall and it is the central focus when my friends get together (see the baby shower this past weekend). There is not a gathering where food is not involved in one way or another.

    I'm not sure what's up with my blog. It switched me to one of the dynamic views when the main page switched to the new format. I'll see if I can switch it back to the old format, but I haven't seen it in the settings. I do have to say I'm not happy with my blog layout, I can't seem to put any extra stuff on my blog (sidebars and such). Hope I can fix it!
