I pulled a muscle in my hip or butt... Either doing yoga or running. I can't think that it was yoga, but u ran the day before and my right side ached. After yoga, my left hip throbbed and it hurts to walk or lay on my left side. I obviously want this to heal before I go running again, but how long will that be?
oh :( I have heard it can take everything from 2-3 days upto 3 weeks :S depends on how bad it is -
ReplyDeletebtw Harlow told me you did the couch25k program a while back - did it work well for you? how long did it take before you got rid of the "oh Im gonna die if I run another second" feeling? (if you know what I mean hehe)
That really sucks about the pulled muscle. It totally could have been yoga if your muscle was already weak/tired from running? A couple days off and it should Be ok but if it still hurts after that maybe hAve it checked out.
