I am just so down in the dumps!!!
My weight will NOT go down. It is going UP. I am exercising like crazy... I thought I was eating healthy, but maybe now I am eating more!?
I am tired as all hell... can barely make it to work by nine.

ReplyDeletemaybe you should lower the exercise time.. it might be to hard on your body .. and no carbs after 5-6 ?
Agreed, I was gonna say muscle weight. Right now, with as much as it sounds like you are working out, I would just base it on how your clothes are fitting and how you look.
